A hotel has hit the market for £7million.

The mystery venue in Berkshire is known as 'Project Olympus' and is being sold by Savills.

There is currently little information available about the property, which appears to be near Newbury train station.

The advertised sale states the hotel is made up of 125 ensuite bedrooms, two restaurants, a bar and a lounge.

On site there is also "extensive spa facilities" and a conference centre.

It has been noted that the site was previously granted consent for an additional 99 bedroom hotel, but this has since lapsed.

This is an indication that the new owner may be able to reapply for permission to extend the hotel offering to 224.

Outside of the hotel is "ample parking", which would benefit those travelling to work of into London.

A "long leasehold interest" is also mentioned in the description.

Savills have said: "The Hotel sits in an accessible location and provides excellent connectivity to London and the South West."

Savills have been approached for further comment.
