A store owner has applied to sell alcohol at a shop in a busy Langley precinct.
Trelawney Avenue in Langley has a shopping precinct made up of two buildings which are occupied by newsagents, food stores, takeaways and more.
Now the owner of the Trelawney News shop at 304 Trelawney Avenue has applied to sell alcohol from 7am to 11pm each day.
The store is located within a row of seven shops within the precinct
The bid to sell alcohol has been submitted to Slough Borough Council’s licensing department.
A statutory consultation is being held into the application, which you can respond to by emailing licensing@slough.gov.uk.
The deadline for responses is Wednesday, March 6.
The shop does not currently sell alcohol. Its profile on Deliveroo shows a range of products sold including soft drinks, cigarettes and tobacco supplies, barbecue supplies and vapes.
