A MAN is due to appear in court today after tools were stolen from Wickes in a robbery.
Satwant Singh, 33, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Friday, June 2, and charged with robbery this morning (June 3).
The charge relates to reports of a robbery at a branch of Wickes, Farnham Road, Slough, on Thursday, May 25, when a man stole tools from the store and then attacked a member of staff.
The staff member required hospital treatment for a head injury.
Singh is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court today.
